Partysist is divided into four separate departments that work seamlessly together in order to assure that your event gets all the proper care and handling it deserves. Kitchen The proof is in the pudding, as they say. Our Executive Chef Chad King and fully staffed kitchen produce food that consistently enjoys rave reviews from guests near and far. Our food is to die for and quality is never compromised. Our kitchen is at your service, 24 hours a day, to cook up anything your heart desires. We have the flexibility to go from a grand-scale event to an intimate dinner for two. If youre still not convinced, feel free to call our sales staff to set up a tasting for your event. Our chefs are always up to the occasion and will not let you down. Sales Our professional sales staff has more than 60 years of continued service to this enchanting and exotic city. Members of our talented team have a unique passion for their work. From the time you pick up the phone to place an order until the very last guest leaves your fabulous event, well be on your side, helping you with every detail to guarantee that your party is the talk of the town. Production The production team is the heart and soul of Partysist. They are fully capable of doing everything from setting up your party far in advance to closing down your event during the wee hours of the morning. Production handles and maintains any equipment used. We will take care of everything for you. Processing Simply put, our processing center makes things happen. It is the central nervous system that keeps information moving throughout the different departments as well as to our clients. We have streamlined all aspects of our operations through our newly developed operating system. This has greatly increased our productivity by making the transfer of information among different departments faster and more efficient. This includes more in-depth forecasting of event dates, menu designs, logistics, staff coordination, and décor development. In addition to its inherent value, it has freed up time for our sales staff devote more time to planning your party. |
