Having worked with the city’s premiere florists, photographers, and videographers, Partysist can suggest and make appointments at your request. Following the confirmation and contraction of your menu with us and your chosen vendors, we will be happy to review any and all of your contracts to insure your special day will be just that. |
Partysist can provide coordination and supervision for your wedding events including, but not limited to:

- • Prepare “Hold the Date” Letters for Out of Town Guests
- • Recommend and Confirm Lodging for Out of Town Guests
- • Prepare Transportation Schedules and Gifts / Favors for Out of Town Guests
- • Recommend and Confirm
Stationary for Wedding Invitations, Announcements,
Informals, Programs, Personal Stationary and Calligraphers - • Supervision of Logistics Regarding Location for Ceremony and Reception
- • Recommend and Confirm Ceremony Music and Reception Entertainment
- • Recommend and Confirm Menus
- • Recommend and Confirm the Florist
- • Recommend and Confirm the Photographer / Videographer
- • Recommend and Confirm Transportation (Limousine & Mini Bus)
- • Recommend Type and Flavor of Wedding and Groom’s Cake
- • Recommend and Confirm Linen Selection for the Reception
- • Recommend and Confirm Ordering of Personalized Reception Napkins
We will confirm the following in writing: Dates, Times and Schedules of:
- • Photographer,
Musicians / Band for Ceremony and Reception, Florals, Officiate,
• Transportation, Cake(s), Tenting and Canopies - • Recommend and Confirm Guest Itinerary to be Placed in Hotel Rooms
- • Confirm Estimated Guest Count
Fee Structure for Consultation will be determined following the initial consultation
Your Initial Consultation is Complimentary and can be Arranged Through Our Office.
Partysist will work with Clients on a Fee Structure Basis or all-inclusive basis pertaining to the Overall Gross Cost, or on an Hourly Consultation, whichever is Deemed More Cost Efficient to Produce Your Event(s).
